TOOLKIT: The Journal

POPULATION

This Toolkit is designed to empower students in elementary, middle and high schools, as well as colleges & universities, with essential tools for mental well-being and self-discovery.

FOCUS

This toolkit is built on the proven principles of positive psychology, guiding students toward a healthier relationship with themselves, a deeper self-understanding, and a positive, resilient outlook on life.

OVERVIEW

With this toolkit, schools can provide students with the resources they need to thrive emotionally and mentally in today’s challenging world. Students can use “The Journal” e-book or might be provided with hard copies.

Equip your students with the skills to build confidence, manage stress, and embrace their unique inner journey in just 10 minutes a day for 42 days!

A Rotary/Rotaract club can be involved in the project by having one interested person contacting the originator* to begin the process.  Some clubs have used a District Grant – or funded this project outright – to purchase the hard copies to distribute to the youth engaged in this journey.

BENEFITS

Students will build/enhance their skills in self-confidence, managing stress and embracing their unique inner journey.
